NOMA Central TX @ AIAS Forum 2025

East Austin Walking Tour & SB17 Panel

NOMA Central Texas organized an East Austin Walking Tour focusing on prominent Architect John S. Chase’s architecture and the historic “Six Square” as part of the 2025 AIAS Forum. The walking tour was inspired by the NOMA Central Texas Black Resilience Bike Tour. Following the tour, the University of Texas School of Architecture NOMAS Chapter led a Panel and Discussion on Texas law SB17 and the impact of anti-DEI policies on public universities.
